After your order is placed, to assure the quality of your piece, Stone Forest will finish your piece to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for them to finish and ship your ordered. Once finished, your order will be shipped by UPS or common carrier as quoted on your order. Transit times vary based on your location. From Santa Fe New Mexico most orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days.
As one of the largest independent shippers in New Mexico, Stone Forest has negotiated low rates that include services typically charged out as extras by other companies. These include lift-gate deliveries and residential deliveries at no extra charge as well as advance notification. Their shipping rates are figured on total weight and delivery address.
